Health Labs AI is a software platform that enables users to:

• Upload and store their lab results and health data in a centralized location.
• View AI-powered insights and analysis of their health data.
• Track biomarkers and health trends over time.
• Download and export their own data at any time.
• Delete their data and account upon request.

The Service is a tool for personal data management and informational purposes. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or clinical diagnostic system.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
• Nexgen Compute LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
• Nexgen Compute LLC is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of this software. The platform is a tool for personal data organization and informational purposes only.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Health Labs AI. Regarding your data:

• Download: You may download and export your data at any time through the platform.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or health information to any third party. Your data is used solely to provide and operate the Service.
• No Secondary Use: We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Upload data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated systems or scripts to access the Service without our prior written consent.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
