Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Nexgen Compute LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand Health Labs AI, collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Health Labs AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided to healthcare clinics ("Clinic Customers"). If you are an end user (a "Patient User") accessing the platform through a clinic, your clinic is the data controller of your health information. We act as a data processor on behalf of the clinic. Please refer to your clinic's own privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information from Clinic Customers

  • Account registration details (name, email, clinic name)
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely via third-party payment processors)
  • Clinic branding and configuration settings
  • Usage analytics and platform interaction data

2.2 Information from Patient Users

  • Authentication credentials (e.g., Google OAuth profile — name, email, profile picture)
  • Lab result files uploaded by the patient or the clinic on their behalf (PDF documents)
  • Extracted biomarker values and lab data
  • Health-related data entered by the user (blood pressure readings, supplement logs, TRT protocol details, peptide protocols)
  • Chat conversations with the AI assistant
  • Device and browser information, IP address, and usage logs

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management
  • Usage metrics for analytics and service improvement

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services
  • To process lab results through AI analysis on behalf of the clinic
  • To facilitate AI-powered chat interactions about health data
  • To authenticate users and manage account access
  • To provide white-label branding and customization for clinics
  • To generate usage analytics for clinic administrators
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send service-related communications
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse

4. Data Processing & AI

Our Services use third-party artificial intelligence models to analyze lab results and provide conversational health insights. When you interact with the AI features:

  • Your lab data and chat messages are sent to third-party AI providers for processing
  • AI responses are generated in real-time and are not reviewed by humans before delivery
  • We do not use your personal health data to train AI models
  • AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With your Clinic: Patient data is accessible to the clinic that manages your account. The clinic is the data controller.
  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, AI processing, payment processing, analytics).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your health data with advertisers.

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account or your clinic's account remains active, or as needed to provide the Services. Clinic Customers may request deletion of their data and all associated patient data by contacting us. Individual Patient Users should contact their clinic to request data deletion.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, role-based access controls, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. See our Security page for more details.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

Patient Users: Because your clinic is the data controller, please direct data access and deletion requests to your clinic first. We will assist clinics in fulfilling these requests.

Clinic Customers: Contact us directly at the email below to exercise your rights.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Clinic Customers of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
